#shellrepair Meet the red eared slider turtle. This kiddo came in as a "Willdife" patient (RES's aren't actually 'native wildlife' to California btw) with a hole in his shell from a suspected animal or dog bite wound. After cleaning it thoroughly I repaired it using epoxy and fiberglass just like one might repair a fiberglass canoe, lol.
