What I do: • Bulk-cook chicken 2×/week (salt pepper). • Cook fresh rice each morning. • Plate, reheat, eat—done. I just use salt and pepper but of course you could make your meals taste better by adding other seasonings or sauces, just make sure to not go overboard with the fats so it still fits your macros.
