💡Best Overhead Press You’re NOT Doing!I love to combine upper body strength work with lower body mobility work to maximize training efficiency. For example, doing an overhead press from a high box stepup position will stretch your legs & hips while you grow your arms & shoulders. Plus, the added weight sinks you into a deeper stretch. I like sets of 5-10 reps/side with a heavier load and sets of 15-20 reps/side with a lighter load. Extended work periods of 1-2 minutes/side are also fantastic. Y
