City of Binghamton officials are planning to submit formal grant proposals to the U.S. Department of Transportation to advance discussions on bringing passenger rail service to Broome County.

The DGA has been providing programming focused on education, networking, career development, and mentorship around episodic television directing through the Director Development Initiative (DDI).

Despite generally supporting OPM’s reforms to candidate development programs, the Partnership for Public Service warned of increased pressure on SES prospects.
